I received a Cuisinart ice cream maker quite some time ago. As it was during the winter season I didn't really get a chance to try it out. Yesterday I remedied that :).
Vice cream is an excellent book featuring dairy and soy free, ice cream recipes. I made the almond flavored one and it turned out fabulous!
Rich, creamy with the perfect amount of sweetness! Vice cream has a wide variety of various flavors as well as some raw and sorbet versions. I highly recommend checking out this book if you are vegan or have dairy allergies!
