Omega and B vitamin rich popcorn!

Popcorn is always a big hit! Unfortunately butter is a no no for my daughter due to her allergies.

I use Udo's 3 6 9 blend instead. I take the bottle out of the fridge and allow it to come to room temperature before pouring onto the popcorn. Alternatively you could use flax oil which is also high in Omega fats. Sprinkle with salt and Nutritional yeast and your done!

You could leave the nutritional yeast out, but it has a nice flavour and is high in B vitamins and protein.
